      Aluminum alloy hand plate refers to the use of aluminum alloy series of materials to make, aluminum alloy materials are common 6061,6063,5052,7075 series. Aluminum alloy hand plate is commonly used in photoelectric, smart home, communication industry.

      Before the production of aluminum alloy hand plate, first to order raw materials, and then processing, aluminum alloy hand plate in general, the customer requirements are higher, most of them require 0.05mm plus or minus tolerance, so the processing should be particularly careful.

      The grinding process is similar. Large pieces can be polished with a grinding machine first, and then polished with sandpaper for two or three times. When grinding, pay attention to the measurement accuracy.

      CNC hardware parts processing self-inspection process

      CNC processing is actually exponential control processing, the design drawings are written into the program, and then the computer is connected to the CNC machine tool, through programming to control the operation of the CNC machine tool, to complete the processing of precision workpiece. CNC machining is mainly suitable for the processing of small batches and various kinds of workpiece, and the machining accuracy of CNC machining is very high, so it is mainly used for the processing of precision parts.

      1.CNC lathe processors must see clearly the content of the process card before processing, clearly know the parts to be processed, shape, drawing sizes and know the processing content of the next process.

      2. Before the workpiece is clamped, the billet size should be measured whether it meets the requirements of the drawings, and the workpiece must be carefully checked whether its placement is consistent with the programming operation instructions.

      3. 3. Self-test should be carried out in time after rough machining, so as to adjust the data with errors in time. The main content of self-inspection is the location and size of the processing parts.

      (1) whether the workpiece is loose;

      (2) whether the workpiece is correctly divided in;

      (3) whether the size from the machining part of CNC hardware parts to the reference edge (reference point) meets the requirements of the drawings;

      (4) the position size between the CNC machining parts. The rough – machined shape ruler (except arc) shall be measured after checking the position dimensions.

      4, after rough machining self – check before finishing. After finishing, workers should self-check the shape and size of the processing parts: check the basic length and width of the processing parts of the vertical plane; Measure the base point size marked on the drawing for the machining part of the inclined plane.

      5. After completing the self-inspection of the workpiece, the workers can remove the workpiece and send it to the inspector for special inspection after confirming that it conforms to the drawings and process requirements.
